KuuHo mobile applications and related services or information are founded by the KuuHo team and recently operated by Enouvo., Ltd (“KuuHo,” “we”, “us”). Through the App, KuuHo allows users to access 3 mains functions to bring a high quality and safety life included:
Raise an Emergency: Sending alerts to authorities and other people around you in case of an emergency occurs. You can also receive these emergencies and give a helping hand to others.
Violation report: Help to improve the social well-being by reporting local issues about Dangers, Violations, or Travel related issues by describing it with media attached and pinpointing the exact locations.
Call for Help: Apart from emergency calls, you can call out for help in Medical, Repair & Security services and receive responses from relevant people with expertise in the fields.
2. Accounts, Passwords
In order to use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You’ll also be asked to provide a password in connection with your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree that the information you provide to KuuHo, whether at registration or at any other time, will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You also agree that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times.
3. Update
The App may be updated by the App Development Team and the updated version is published on https://kuuho.com/. The updated version will replace the terms and conditions in the initial agreement. The user may access the App or above website for specific contents of the updates.
4. Accessibility
By using the App, you agree to the App’s using the following functions on your phone: (1) Access your location; (2) Access your contact; (3) Access Internet via your device. All these accesses are conducted only with your consent, therefore, when allowing us the access permissions, you acknowledge that you do not have any claim to this access.
